We begin the session with a conversation about pains, aches & traumas.
Once you are comfortably situated on the massage table, I introduce breathing exercises to get you centered, present and in your body.
I begin by a prayer offering, smudging with sage, a bit of aboriginal drumming and energy scanning too see what the priorities are with todays healing session.
I may use props like bolsters to elevate your legs, cold or hot compress.
Once I have you in a physically aligned space I will continue with manually stretching your arms and legs to allow oxygen to begin flowing. From there I move around utilizing my intuition to begin activating various pressure points and opening various blockages.
This session has smooth glides and deep pressure points which, for hardworking individuals with deep knots find relief.
I use coconut oil and essential oils for this treatment
